It's day 6 of the 31 Day Nail Art Challenge and the theme is violet. When the autumn season is slowly approaching us, we start to think for all the dark colours. So for this manicure I used very dark purple polish. I've decided to make easy nail art design using and some striping tape.
After the base coat, I added 3 strips of tape on each nail and then I applied the dark purple polish. I used an opaque nail polish for this design, so I needed just one coat to cover the nail. Then I quickly removed the tape and when everything dried, I added a matte top coat.
I really like this negative design look! Your stripes look lovely.
